In my experience, September is definitely the best month for Sunsets here at Crosby Beach. With that in mind, I headed down to the beach this evening in the hope of witnessing some inspiring light.
For about 15 minutes the light was really pleasing, however, as is quite often the case, there was a bank of cloud hugging the horizon meaning I wouldn’t witness the sun dipping behind the sea in the distance, that was a shame, as there was plenty of high clouds tonight, so I imagine they would have lit up had those low clouds not been on the horizon. Not to worry and enjoyable shoot nonetheless.

I composed several images around this concrete path leading down to the beach.
