Torridon Trip Report – Day 1 – Glencoe

Torridon Trip Report – Day 1 – Glencoe

I’ve been wanting to visit Torridon with my camera for many years. My previous Scottish Landscape Photography adventures have focused on The Isle of Skye or the Isle of Eigg. The Mainland of Scotland is a vast landscape that I need to make more effort to explore. Typically I see Glencoe on my way to Skye. Wester Ross really appeals to me as Does Assynt. Pretty much the majority of the West Coast of Scotland and Island could provide a lifetime of adventure and exploration for us Landscape Photographers. This week I’m heading Torridon, Im excited to see new places and add to my Scottish Landscape Photography collection.

No trip to the north of Scotland is complete without stopping off at Glencoe. I’m hoping to spend some time exploring this area in more detail one day, rather than just passing through. Either way it’s great to be here again to capture a tiny bit of this wonderful part of Scotland. Landscape Photography here is truly rewarding given the abundance of natural beauty.

If anything this is a flying visit but it’s certainly enough to scratch the itch and get me into the mood for Scottish Landscape Photography.

All of the Landscape Photographs featured in this blog are available as Archival Quality prints. Contact me for details…
