Torridon Trip Report – Day 7 – Loch Clair walk

I was determined to get out this week rather than just drive around and today I reached my limit. After my failed attempt to visit Loch Clair yesterday I decided to go for it today so took a walk down beside Loch Clair which to me seems to be the only area of woodland along the Torridon valley floor. The weather was awful. I also chose to shoot only my film camera today which in hindsight may have not been the wisest of decisions. However I enjoyed capturing a few images from under my umbrella. The conditions were truly dreadful, however the colours here are awesome and I’m sure I’ll revisit this pocket of Torridon again in the future.

I’ve not had much luck the last few days weather wise. A Carrot Cake and coffee in Nanny’s coffee shop in Shieldaig on the way back to the house brightened things up a bit however.
