Skelwith Fold Telephoto

A while back when I used a Canon 5DSR I also had the Canon 100-400mm lens which I loved for Landscapes. It allowed me to create some intimate shots of the details within the Landscape as opposed to the wider vistas. Having invested in the Sony A7Riii earlier in 2018 I was keen to try out the new Sony 100-400mm lens which fills a missing spot in my current gear setup given my Hasselblad X1D’s longest lens is around 70mm in 35mm terms.

So here’s a shot locally looking over the Langdale Pikes and showcasing the extreme zoom offered by such a lens.
