Tarn Hows Evening Shoot

Tarn Hows is relatively local to me here in the Lake District, whilst Im not a massive fan of this location for Landscape Photography, probably because I tend to favour wide open views, this one spot above the Tarn form the Scott Memorial is a fine vista. I have for some time being wanting to capture a large sweeping panoramic image from this spot at Sunrise, however my efforts haven’t produced anything as yet

Here are some shots from a beautiful September evening over Tarn Hows.

The distant Fells illuminated by the late sun.

You can see more of my Lake District Prints from Tarn Hows and the surrounding area here.
