Landscape Photography is a solitary pursuit for me most of the time. I try and encourage my children to come out with me for all the shoots I go on but only very rarely do they come along. Tonight was one of those rare nights i get to spend time with them and my camera in a place I love. The Lake District.
Today has been red hot and the idea of a paddle in Rydal was enough to tempt them along.


I re-composed this shot above into the shot below to allow the reflection of the middle rock to not intersect with the larger rock.
