Blea Tarn Evening

Another visit to Blea Tarn and in all honesty I was too late getting here for the best of the days light. If only I’d of got here 20 minutes earlier. I’m hoping to capture and image form high up above Blea Tarn including the Heather as foreground interest. It’s been on my list for about 5 years and already Im starting to think I may have missed my window of opportunity for this year again.

Anyway tonight was more about just getting out and having something nice to look at and see if anything grabbed my attention. I didn’t walk down to the edge of Blea Tarn tonight which is probably the first time ever I’ve been here and not gone unto the waters edge, however energy was low and I was content with making this image below from the side of the road.
