I’ve only visited Tewet Tarn in the northern Lake District for Landscape Photography once before. This evening I was keen to see how things developed during the evening golden hour in the hope of making the best of what I was presented with. I had no pre-visualised ideas of what I was going to see, just a relaxing time out with my camera. I’m quite pleased with what I captured here and would never have set out to capture such an image. Using the 90mm lens on my Hasselblad X1D forces me to look at the Landscape differently to how I have in the past with a wider perspective. I’m quite chuffed with this image of a beautiful evening at Tewet Tarn.
