Beautiful print - Fabulous customer service

Beautiful print, bought at the last minute! Fabulous customer service….James posted it special delivery and it arrived in time for Christmas! Stunning works of art

Well.... Having spent months looking for just the right artwork, something special.... by chance we stumbled upon the work of James Bell. This work is beyond special. The website is just full of so many beautiful photographs that no home has enough walls! Struggled to choose between our three absolute favourites, so we went for all three and in the stunning super large sizes. The quality and skill and artful landscape photography is simply stunning. And the quality of the framed product does it justice. Solid oak frames and well packaged. Arrived quickly and went straight on the wall at the first opportunity. The print quality is excellent - even on a 1200mm print everything is perfectly crisp and sharp. But what makes all of this so special is James Bell, his passion for capturing that perfect moment in a perfect place. That is what you invest in here - a moment captured by a gifted genius, and you get to gaze into that moment every time you enter a room. Highly recommend buying from James

I ordered a print of The Retreat as we had seen a larger version in the holiday cottage we stayed in earlier this year. There was a problem with Royal Mail delivery but communication with James was first rate. The print is absolutely stunning - I cannot recommend it enough.

It could be a painting

I am indeed very pleased with my purchase from you. My son was one of your supporters and received a copy of your book ”Capture Lakeland” which he showed to me. As soon as I saw the cover photo of “The Retreat” I said “oh I like that”! My son encouraged me to look through the book before making a decision but that was the one I chose. The colours are beautiful. I also like the fact that to me it could be a painting which makes it extra special. The book has also been shown to some friends and family all of whom admire it very much so hopefully you may receive more orders!
I was very impressed with the prompt delivery and the expert packaging and thank you too for the calendar.

All my loose and framed prints are hand printed using the very latest archival pigment inks and the finest quality professional media that gives my prints a quality look and feel that will last a lifetime. 

All the prints are signed on the front. A neat white border surrounds the printed image allowing easy mounting or framing. Please note loose prints are posted in a sturdy card tube wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Please take care when unpacking your loose print and be mindful of scratching the ink on the paper.

My prints can also be professionally printed onto Aluminium and Canvas.

All my framed prints are professionally mounted and framed by a certified Picture framer. Attention to details and personal care are used with the best materials to present my images the best possible way. 

I offer two frame designs, Solid Oak and Satin Black Hardwood, these materials compliment my collection best and fit in with most light or dark décor.

Delivery Information 

All my loose prints are shipped in a sturdy card postal tube. Framed prints and canvases are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed in a custom designed cardboard box. I aim to deliver within 2-7 days of receiving your order depending on the order contents and quantity, prints are usually printed and posted next day, larger framed/canvases can take 5-10 days. The price of delivery is added to your order at the checkout stage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods, I will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, I will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to me for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.
