Continuing my support for conservation in the Lake District I have recently supported a project called Love your Lakes by Nurture Lakeland to raise the awareness of water quality in the Lake District. My Windermere Jetty Photograph was selected as the main image of the campaign that will see several thousand leaflets printed and left in accommodation across the Lakes to inform guests of the environmental effects of unnecessarily washing laundry.

I’m pleased to show my ongoing support for the guys at Nurture Lakeland, who are committed to raising the awareness of conservation in the Lake District. This week sees the start of the annual Keswick Mountain Festival. Nurture Lakeland will have a presence at the Festival and I’m pleased to announce they chose 2 of my Lake District Pictures for use in their promotional material. A large floor standing banner display as seen above and a folded leaflet for the public. You can find out more about the good work Nurture Lakeland do here you can also find out more about the Wastwater picture here and the Herdwick picture here.
