fabulous and speedily received

The prints were fabulous and speedily received. We have now framed and hung both pictures in our home. They look great and are a precious reminder of the Lake District.

The images are finally back from the framers and on the walls. I’ve framed them on a white mat with a slim black frame as per some of the examples on your site.

While in Australia now, growing up, family holidays and trips with the Scouts often found us in the Lake District, particularly the Langdale valley. In my 20’s before travelling I got more aquainted with the lower parts of Ullswater and St Sunday Crag. These images remind me of the daunting nature of the day head, but also the promise of what the high fells will give in return.

The images are of a very high quality and professionally produced and presented. Thanks for sending them quickly before your trip to Skye, they arrived in perfect condition and took just a couple of days the “relax” after being being rolled.

All in all I couldn’t be happier with the result, I’ve been looking for images like this for while.

Good Luck with future projects, I’ll be revisiting the site site to see what you have added,

Just a quick note, the prints arrived safe and sound last week, they've gone gone straight to the framing shop so I haven't had a good look at them yet, first impressions are that that they are everything I hoped they would be and I'm looking forward to hanging them in a couple of weeks when I get them back - will post more then,

All my loose and framed prints are hand printed using the very latest archival pigment inks and the finest quality professional media that gives my prints a quality look and feel that will last a lifetime. 

All the prints are signed on the front. A neat white border surrounds the printed image allowing easy mounting or framing. Please note loose prints are posted in a sturdy card tube wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Please take care when unpacking your loose print and be mindful of scratching the ink on the paper.

My prints can also be professionally printed onto Aluminium and Canvas.

All my framed prints are professionally mounted and framed by a certified Picture framer. Attention to details and personal care are used with the best materials to present my images the best possible way. 

I offer two frame designs, Solid Oak and Satin Black Hardwood, these materials compliment my collection best and fit in with most light or dark décor.

Delivery Information 

All my loose prints are shipped in a sturdy card postal tube. Framed prints and canvases are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed in a custom designed cardboard box. I aim to deliver within 2-7 days of receiving your order depending on the order contents and quantity, prints are usually printed and posted next day, larger framed/canvases can take 5-10 days. The price of delivery is added to your order at the checkout stage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods, I will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, I will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to me for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.
