A Calm evening over Coniston from Monk Coniston. Coniston Old Man in the Distance above Coniston Village. A peaceful and tranquil spot at this time of day. I’ve been a regular visitor here for a number of years and this location never fails to please. The view down the Lake and the open view over to Coniston and the Old Man. A great sense of scale and a place where its good just to stand and look.
