Yew Tree Tarn Summer

I’m a big fan of Yew Tree Tarn in the Lake District, especially as I featured an image from here taken last Autumn in my latest Lake District Landscape Photography book Capture Lakeland Volume 2. One of the advantages of Yew Tree Tarn is its accessibility. It offers a potentially huge reward for very little physical effort. I wasn’t expecting anything mind-blowing photographically today but as I keep saying, it’s well worth keeping your vision exercised for when there are days to savour. Here’s how I got on.

All of the Lake District Landscapes showcased here on my blog are available as Archival Quality Framed Prints. Please contact me for details….
