Another Thursday morning walk along the vast Ainsdale Beach. Today was bright and beautiful but bitterly cold. Ive chosen to show my image form today in Black & White as the bright blue skies offered no real drama in the skies as with my last visit. I loved todays visit. Being present in the moment and totally being there as opposed to thinking of other things really makes me so much more visually aware. It is so refreshing to have space and time to just be appreciative of what and where you are. So happy to be there today. Until next Thursday…
