I’m getting quite into flying the Drone now and enjoying planning and thinking of locations. It’s just a bit of fun and something to get into rather than anything that I plan to commercialise, however I’ve found in the short time I’ve been using the drone you have to think quite carefully about which moves you perform and the type of shots you’re looking for, it’s not a simple as just buzzing about so to speak, so here is my results from a sunset drone flight over Grasmere in the Lake District.
As I have mentioned in a previous post here what appealed to me about a Drone was the ability to see a new perspective on these familiar locations I know so well. So here is my first flight over Grasmere and a series of clips Ive assembles to show of this corner of Grasmere.
I also managed to take a few shots over Grasmere to Helm Crag.

The stones I photographed not too long ago in the Snow. My thought for tonight was to fly over these stones as if walking and then lift up high into the air above Grasmere.
