Beautiful photo, amazing print, challenging to secure but absolu

We ordered this photo in its largest framed print size from James as we know the area well and wanted something stunning for a large space in our hall/stairs/landing. Ordering was easy and the frame arrived in a few days. Unfortunately, for such a large frame, it was secured at just two points with picture cord which came loose when we tested the weight of the frame. This wasn’t James’ fault but the framing company.
I contacted James who was excellent in helping resolve this situation. The frame was collected, fitted with three security mounts and returned the next day. The only challenge was then drilling the three holes in precisely the right place whilst up a 10ft ladder. Once accomplished the result is absolutely stunning – walking down the stairs makes you feel you are in Grange.
5* for the photo, ordering, delivery and support by James. The slight hiccup with the mounting doesn’t detract from the overall purchase and was swiftly resolved by the framing company. I would fully recommend this photo or others in James’ range.

Beautiful products and amazing service!

I ordered two products as Christmas presents - a copy of the Capture Lakeland book and a print - both were a huge hit with the recipients! I had to contact James regarding ordering and delivery of the items and he went out of his way to be extra helpful. The items arrived beautifully packaged - I think my mum was almost as chuffed with the sheep wrapping paper as with the book inside! Thank you so much - we are a family of Lakeland lovers so I'm sure I will be ordering again in the future. Could not recommend more highly.

Professional Printing


All my loose and framed prints are hand printed using the very latest archival pigment inks and the finest quality professional media that gives my prints a quality look and feel that will last a lifetime. 

All the prints are signed on the front. A neat white border surrounds the printed image allowing easy mounting or framing. Please note loose prints are posted in a sturdy card tube wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Please take care when unpacking your loose print and be mindful of scratching the ink on the paper.

All my framed prints are professionally mounted and framed by a certified Picture framer. Attention to details and personal care are used with the best materials to present my images the best possible way.

Delivery Information 

All my loose prints are shipped in a sturdy card postal tube. Framed prints and canvases are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed in a custom designed cardboard box. I aim to deliver within 2-7 days of receiving your order depending on the order contents and quantity, prints are usually printed and posted next day, larger framed/canvases can take 5-10 days. The price of delivery is added to your order at the checkout stage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods, I will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, I will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to me for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.
