80cm Wastwater Print in an Oak Frame

I’d been looking for the “right” image of the Lakes for a while & Shen I found James’ website I knew I’d struck gold.
Next problem. Which should I choose - first!
We had many wonderful walking holidays when the children were young & one incident always comes up when we reminisce.
We set off up Yewbarrow on Wastwater one glorious sunny day but in true Lakes style the sun didn’t last long. We stopped about 25% of the way up for a rest & refreshments and looked back down Wastwater to see the mother of all storms coming in off the coast & straight towards us. Do we go up - not with young kids & 2 dogs; do we go down - not enough shelter down there & not enough time to reach the car. So we hunkered down into the rocks & braced ourselves.
Wind, rain, sleet hit us in buckets but as quick as it arrived, it passed & while the sun didn’t come back out again, it did calm down enough for us to wander back down off the hill & to the warmth of the car.
Yewbarrow remains to be conquered but we’ll be back one day to finish what we started.
So, when I saw the the photo entitled “Wastwater - Early Autumn” my search was over.
As for service - I can’t fault it. I ordered via the website on a Sunday afternoon & received a personal email from James within a couple of hours. Then on the Tuesday I received an update to tell me it would be delivered on Thursday.
10/10 from me - can’t wait until we next visit Cumbria when I’ll make a point of visiting James’ studio.

Professional Printing


All my loose and framed prints are hand printed using the very latest archival pigment inks and the finest quality professional media that gives my prints a quality look and feel that will last a lifetime. 

All the prints are signed on the front. A neat white border surrounds the printed image allowing easy mounting or framing. Please note loose prints are posted in a sturdy card tube wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Please take care when unpacking your loose print and be mindful of scratching the ink on the paper.

My prints can also be professionally printed onto Aluminium and Canvas.

All my framed prints are professionally mounted and framed by a certified Picture framer. Attention to details and personal care are used with the best materials to present my images the best possible way. 

I offer two frame designs, Solid Oak and Satin Black Hardwood, these materials compliment my collection best and fit in with most light or dark décor.

Delivery Information 

All my loose prints are shipped in a sturdy card postal tube. Framed prints and canvases are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed in a custom designed cardboard box. I aim to deliver within 2-7 days of receiving your order depending on the order contents and quantity, prints are usually printed and posted next day, larger framed/canvases can take 5-10 days. The price of delivery is added to your order at the checkout stage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods, I will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, I will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to me for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.
