A rainy day at Buttermere is still better than a beautiful day anywhere else. Such a magnificent place in the Lake District. Buttermere is in my opinion the most beautiful location in the Lake District.

A fantastic morning at Buttermere, I arrived just before sunrise and witnessed the land come to life as the sun rose above the Honister Pass in the distance illuminating the banks of the High Stile Ridge and Haystacks as seen here.
