Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods, I will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, I will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to me for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.

Please note if ordering a loose print, I post your print in a sturdy card tube wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Please be mindful of the fragile nature of my prints and avoid scratching the ink area of the print during handling. Scratched prints will not be replaced. All prints are inspected and photographed prior to dispatch. Please take care when handling loose prints.

How do I cancel my order?

If you place an order and then decide that you would like to cancel it, please inform me the same day. If you cancel the order before it is printed, you will receive a 100% refund. If however, you want to cancel your order after the merchandise has been printed and sent you must send back the item(s) at your own expense and I will refund you the total, minus shipping, when the item returns in its original condition. You have 7 days to return the item from delivery.
