Before then Thirlmere was one of those locations I&#8217;d pass by whilst heading to other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jamesbellphotography.co.uk\/blog\/category\/shoots\">locations for landscape photography in the Lake District<\/a>. With the aftermath of last years Storm Desmond, Thirlmere has been out of reach for me for the early part of this year. Today I&#8217;m happy to spend some time here again and see what I see. Landscape Photography for me can often be most rewarding when I have no preconceived idea of what I&#8217;m going to capture and what I&#8217;ll witness. Today was such a day. center;\">A Roe Deer in the centre of the shot. I wasn&#8217;t quick enough top capture her two young ones, Fawn I believe they are called. They can&#8217;t of been much bigger than a Labrador. Shame I didn&#8217;t have my longer Zoom lens.
