Pleasant scenes over the Tarn.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect anything to come from this walk photographically, other than some family shots of the kids. However I then stumbled upon this amazing Oak tree. Just goes to show, your eyes should always be looking and you should always have your camera. I shall return to this tree again in Autumn when the leaves are brown and hopefully I can capture the Sun breaking through the branches from behind. There is a great image to be had here I am certain.

The path that runs around Tarn Hows is well maintained and easy for wheelchairs and buggies.
I noticed two people stood on the distant summit through the trees.
A wider perspective overlooking Tarn Hows. So it turns out I was wrong, there are still interesting images to be seen and captured here. Even in the middle of the day. I had this conversation with a fellow photographer recently and they suggested maybe Im just good at seeing a good image… It’s all very subjective.
