Fleetwith Pike and Haystacks at the Southern tip of Buttermere, the famous Buttermere pines perfectly reflected in the still water. The warming late winter rays pick out the detail and texture on the perfectly formed Fleetwith Pike. The small stones and ice in the foreground add interest and a reminder of how cold it will be when the sun disappears.
